Due to an unprecedented demand for bespoke / in house trainings, there are currently no plans to hold The Solution Focused Way workshop.

Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason I have to cancel the course then we will notify you at least 14 days in advance. I would either transfer your booking onto a later course date or refund the course fee in full. I am not liable for any accommodation or travel costs.

If for any reason you are unable to attend please let me know as soon as possible so the place can be offered to someone else. Cancellation 28 days prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund minus £10.00 administration costs. 

If I receive less than two weeks' notice of cancellation, then you will be charged for the place, if no one is able to take it up.
